Generation Z has a particular taste. They are ruthless when it comes to ads; they sense them coming like bloodhounds making them the hardest generation to market to online. We have a couple of tips to stand out to Generation Z and gain their following. This generation has a combined spending power of $44billion, and to most companies surprise, they are not responding to the same sales pitches and ads that millennials do.

Instagram and Twitter
When it comes to this age group, they are tired of Facebook. It is not the social media platform that they pay attention to the most. Instagram and Twitter are the two social media monsters that Z users are gravitating toward and interacting most on. Ask yourself what the pattern is with both of these platforms. We’ll tell you; it is time. Between Instagram and Twitter, there is less content on the pages. Twitter limits you to 140 characters and Instagram posts pictures with captions. This tells us that Gen Z pays attention to a faster, quicker, shorter pace of ad. This leads us into our next point. . .

Social Campaigns That Are Understood Instantly
Like we just explained, instant gratification is a huge thing with this demographic. Images, videos, and things like emojis are your best bet. This group is very visually driven. The biggest mistake you would make would be to push too many words or something too elaborate. They are a demographic full of minimalists; this is what they appreciate.
